Role Required: Bank Connect A/P Clerk
Bank Connect Payments are submitted using NetSuite native transactions (including Bills, Expense Reports, and Checks). Each payment must be set to pay from a Bank Connect-linked account and set to pay to a Bank Connect Recipient Account.
Submitting Bill Payments
Bill Payments set to be paid from a Bank Connect linked account can be initiated directly from the Bill Payment record. One of the benefits of Koxa Bank connect is that you can submit single payments or multiple payments at one time.
Only users who are linked through Bank Connect will see the Initiate Bank Payment button for payments scheduled from a linked bank account.
