Backfill Historical Statement Data

NetSuite accountant users may need to backfill historical statement imports to recover missing data or to retrieve statements that were not automatically downloaded during previous import attempts. 

Bank Connect Administrators can pick the start date and time of the statement data request. The manual date selection of the Next Import Start Date/Time allows users to ensure comprehensive and accurate data retrieval. 

  1. Navigate to Bank Connect → Bank Connect Setup → Bank Connect Account Details from the main navigation bar.

  2. Click the Edit link for the Account you want to edit.

  3. Update the Next Import Start Date/Time to backfill the statement data request.

    Imports can only be backfilled up to 31 days.
    The date and time fields use a 12-hour clock (AM/PM). To control when the next import occurs, enter the desired date and time. For example, to have the next import begin at the start of the day, enter 11/05/2026 00:00:00 AM.

Alternatively, if you wish to update multiple accounts, you can do so on the Bank Connect Account Details List (make sure the Edit toggle is turned on).
