Role Required: Bank Connect Administrator
To completely remove the plug-in from NetSuite, you will need to disconnect and uninstall Bank Connect within your NetSuite tenant. Uninstalling Bank Connect will de-activate all services.
Navigate to Bank Connect → Activation.
Click on the dropdown next to Account Services & Entitlements and select Manage Connectivity.
Click Sign Out to Disconnect.
Navigate to Customization → SuiteBundler → Search & Install Bundles → List.
Locate Bank Connect powered by Koxa in Installed Bundles list, select the Gear icon in the Action column by the bundle name, click Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of the bundle.
Once the uninstall begins the Status column will show as Pending. Upon Refresh under Installed Bundles the Status column will then show the Delete In Progress percentage.
- After the uninstall finishes the Bank Connect bundle will be removed from the Installed Bundles list.
