Bank Connect allows you to configure when bank statements are automatically imported into NetSuite directly from Bank Connect Setup → Activation.
Follow the steps below to choose how often statements should be imported and when they should be delivered.
Schedule Import Settings
Navigate to Bank Connect → Bank Connect Setup → Activation.
Select Settings from the dropdown on the Account Services & Entitlements page. This is where you can configure how often Bank Connect should import bank statements.
Choose Daily to import statements every day.
Select a Delivery window.
- Choose the delivery window during which your bank statements should be delivered.
- The available windows are displayed in UTC, along with the equivalent time in your system’s local time zone.
- 08:00–10:00 UTC
- 10:00–12:00 UTC
- 12:00–14:00 UTC
- 14:00–16:00 UTC
Click Save Import Schedule.
Understanding the Status Message
The message beneath the schedule provides the currently active import schedule.
Before Import Settings Are Configured
When no schedule has been saved yet, the displayed message reflects the schedule currently configured by the existing NetSuite Format Profile Import Schedule. This allows you to see your current import schedule before making any changes.
Example:
Statement delivery begins every 1440 minutes, between 10:00 AM and 12:59 PM, every day.
After Import Settings Are Configured
Once you select a delivery window from this page:
- The displayed message updates to reflect your selected schedule.
- Bank Connect automatically updates the NetSuite Format Profile Import Schedule.
- No additional format profile configuration is required.
Example:
Statements delivered every weekday between 10:00–12:00 UTC, covering the previous day.
